Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Shop)
Please note Stitched medgear return policy is as follows. All orders that need to be exchanged needs to be done so within 7 days of receiving your order. No exchanges will be done thereafter. All packaging and tags should be as received to qualify for Exchange or Refund, any removal of tags will void eligibility to Exchange or Refund. If the wrong size is ordered by the customer the customer will have to cover the costs of the courier to and from us. Stitched medgear will only cover the courier should there be a problem with the garment on our side. No exchanges will be accepted on any items that have embroidery or have been modified by the customer in any way.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Whilst orders are dispatched timeously once payment is received to the courier of choice as stipulated on our website…We have no control of expected delivery day..this can only be communicated between you the receiver and the courier company (fastway/pep).
